Since graduating from Rose Bruford's Actor-Musicianship course I returned last year as singing support and Musical Director on a 3rd year show 'Pavilion' Directed by Georgina Lamb. The show was performed Greenwich theatre in February.​

In May, I composed for 'Riot Street' as a part of Peckham Fringe. The play was developed during Rose Bruford's New Writing season in 2024 where I worked with writer and director Seren Hamilton to create music for the show. I also worked with Go For Broke Theatre Company to compose music for their new writing project 'Walking With Molly' by Katie David which performed at The Riverside Studios.

For my most recent project I wrote an original score for a horror/romance short film for Director Kyle Williams. The proof of concept was shown at The Picture House in Finsbury Park.
About Imi Waters
I'm a multi-instrumentalist actor-musician, music director and composer. I can independently create and mix new music for productions but also enjoy collaborating in the rehearsal room with others when live music is required.
My various instrumental skills enhance my compositions and allow me to support music in theatre from a range of areas and styles. I find there can be an influence of my classical training and love of Neo-Classical music in my work.
I'm very passionate about the music I make facilitating story-telling and creating the right ambience for the particular production. This can be through live performance or though software/pre-recorded music.
