About me
(She/her)

I trained at Rose Bruford on the BA (Hons) Actor Musicianship course. As a musician, I play flute, piano and accordion though I'm able to turn my hand to a few others as well. I've trained in Musical Theatre style and choral singing but am in the process of producing two albums in a few different genres.

As I grew up I went to dance classes giving me a strong understanding of my body and the way I move. This has been incredibly helpful in my work as an Actor-Musician.

Before training at Bruford I spent two years in my home town Stratford-Upon-Avon at YearOut Drama doing a range of productions from 'A Woman of Little Sense' directed by Jason Morell to a Cabaret directed by Simon Green all of which involved music, acting and dance.

Composing And Musical Direction
During my time at Rose Bruford I had the opportunity to Musically Direct several shows. The requirements within that role have varied from re-orchestrating, arranging and facilitating music rehearsals to composing and sound design. I found I was enjoying taking on the creative responsibility and I started to compose, record and mix outside of my time on my degree course.
Since graduating I have composed original music for both stage and screen. I've worked with several theatre companies on their newly written plays for different festivals. The music is often recorded and edited by myself but for plays like 'Cianalas' I was lucky enough to perform my arrangements and original music live with the cast.

Having just composed for my fourth short film I've found a love for the specificity and timing needed. Short film 'Our House' was a success at it's sharing last year and seems to have a promising future.
